How far is the hotel from the gondola?

Our hotel is centrally located in the ski resort of Tröpolach, just a 3-minute walk from the Millennium Express - your gateway to the largest ski area in Carinthia: the Nassfeld with 110 kilometers of slopes.

Is there a ski depot and how much does it cost?

Yes - the heated "Samerhof ski depot" is located directly on the piste at the Millennium Express and is available free of charge from 15:00 on the day of arrival until the evening before departure (until 17:30). Opening hours: daily from 8:00 to 17:30. An additional storage locker can be booked at a reduced rate on request and subject to availability. There is also a second depot in the hotel itself, which is available to you all day.

Can I buy my ski pass directly at the hotel?

Yes - your ski pass for the Nassfeld ski area is available directly at our reception, conveniently & cashless. Depending on the season, you will receive price reductions - without having to wait at the lift ticket office.

Are there ski courses and partners on site?

Yes - our ski course partner "Skischule Thommi" offers:

10 % immediate discount for online bookings up to 7 days before arrival
VIP voucher with 10 % discount when booking directly at the hotel

Yes - on request we can organize all your ski equipment (skis, poles, helmet etc.) before your arrival. Just get in touch with us!

What happens when there is little snow?

Thanks to the snow guarantee at Nassfeld: If less than 50% of the slopes are in operation, you can cancel your stay free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
